• Operator cannot guarantee that customer will receive the exact car model shown in the picture, but customer will be provided with a car from the same vehicle category

Pick Up and Drop Off

• For same day bookings, please book at least 2 hour(s) before your selected pick up time
• Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
• Operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance
• Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
• Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available
• For pick up and drop off in Hoi An, the minivans cannot enter the old town, so the meeting point is the parking lot with address: 05 - 07 Hoang Dieu (https://maps.app.goo.gl/vZWseqMKXdKuxLqdA) and cannot provide hotel pick up/drop off in old town.
• The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
• Coverage locations: Da Nang City only (Da Nang City area is defined as Hai Chau District or within 5km from the Da Nang International Airport).
Surcharge table

• Additional waiting time:
• VND50,000 per hour
• All trip ends at 18:00, after 18h, surcharge VND 50,000/hour

All hotels that are not located in Da Nang City area are subjected to surcharge.
